CHDR believes that first impressions are critical. The experience for potential buyers begins with the ENTRY. CHDR will ensure that the point of entry has a maximum impact, guiding potential buyers through the dining room to the main living area through the use of a console, artwork and/or mirror(s) and accessories.

Living Room

The LIVING ROOM will be perfect for hosting with CHDR touch. We will provide a luxurious collection of furniture, with a sofa, side chairs, coffee table, media console, area rug and curated artwork and accessories, creating a warm, inviting central space.

Dining Area

Defining the DINING AREA in this residence will help potential buyers envision the integrated living and dining area. CHDR will provide a dining table, dining chairs, console and wall art and/or mirrors for an room ideal for hosting.

Primary Bedroom

CHDR will ensure a perfectly furnished PRIMARY BEDROOM, bringing a king bed with luxurious bedding, nightstands, a console, an area rug and ample lighting, adorning the space with artwork and accessories.

Second Bedroom

The SECOND BEDROOM in this residence will serve as a children's bedroom, decorated with two twin beds, a nightstand, an area rug, lighting, as well as colorful bedding, décor pillows, and accessories, creating a vibrant space for families.

Third Bedroom

CHDR will transform the THIRD BEDROOM into a fully-equipped guest bedroom, complete with a queen bed, console, nightstands and lighting, with artwork and a mirror, accessorized for a warm, welcoming space.
